Sat December 8, When I got there to sign in there was an issue with them charging me $more for my room than I had on my card and my card declinedAt this point the general manager [redacted] was clearly frustrated with me so, I stepped out of line and I spoke with my bank and once I got an understanding as to what happened I chose to get in line for another rep to assist me [redacted] stepped away from her computer and moved down to another computer and asked me to step down thereI tried to explain to the general manager, [redacted] , why my card was being declinedShe became very defensive and instead of helping me to resolve the issue and get the suite I'd wanted I had to choose another room for a lesser amountWe were unable to enjoy our room because [redacted] was harassing us stating that she was receiving complaints about our room and our noise levelI was informed about the noise complaint when I went to ask the male representative for matchesShe tried t
