Stonewear, Inc.

Due to an incorrect delivery address on the paperwork completed by Stonewear, we were charged an additional $108.58 for re-delivery by [redacted] for 2 large [redacted] planter bowls purchased from Stonewear in 2014. In December 2015 I became aware of the additional charges being billed to us by [redacted] directly, on top of the $115- we had already paid, I contacted Stonewear to ask them to contact [redacted] and remove the charges from our account. I was told they would look into it and would get back to me. During a subsequent call to the company for an update on March 13, 2015 I was told by [redacted] that [redacted] would contact [redacted] to have the charges transferred to their account. Now, my calls to [redacted] and e-mails to the business now go unanswered and we have been placed into collections by [redacted]. This has now been going on for over 4 months and the company have been very unresponsive.
