I had Stones River Appliance Repair work on an LG dishwasher for meThe Techwas very polite and quite knowledgeablehad job completed in a timely manner, cleaned the work area and checked everything outI would recommend them for appliance repairs

They are terrible The office help won't even answer the phone until after lunch They will NEVER return a call and it seems like they have never had any training!
First they couldn't come until Thursbecause there was personal business that
needed to be taken care of...this was Monthen they got in touch with the warranty company and told them they couldn't come Well, they showed up Thursanyway after telling the warranty cothey wasn't coming After the service guy said it was
the compressor he said he would have to order a compressor and it would take
to working daysApparently, they got in touch with the warranty company and they told SRAR they would replace the frigSRAR didn't bother to call me....I am now going into my 4th wk.without a frig I would NEVER let them do anything for me again Very unprofessional

We called them for a repair on our dishwasherAfter they looked at it, they suggested that we replace it instead as the repairs could cost almost $just for parts! Not only did they recommend a brand, they called the appliance dealer and we were able to negotiate a great deal :-) Thanks so much Stones River Appliance Repair!!!

Beware - This company has no regard for customers. After calling to have a water supply noise with my refrigerator I waited 3 days to have a service call. $89.00. I was told to leave the filter out and it should stop. It did not. I called the office and said I wanted them to come out and replace the water supply. 4 Days later a repairman showed up with no parts and no clue what I had requested. 2 days later to allow him to get parts I waited all day for them to show. At 4:30 in the afternoon I called and got the office manager in her car on the way home. No return call.
THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS TIME OR THE RESPECT OF A SIMPLE CALL TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.

BEWARE AND AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO SIT WAITING TO A REPAIR THAT PROBALLY WILL NOT BE DONE
