Stone's Asphalt Sealing

*** *** and *** *** with Stone's Construction came by our house May 17, and stated they could resurface our blacktop driveway and extend the bottom of the driveway with stone and mortar and gave us a price They laid one coat of resurfacing and came back in a couple of days for a second coat They also laid the stone and mortar and said they would be back in a couple of hours to clean up a messy mortar job, stating it needed to set up a little We paid them the full amount, with two checks, one for the first coating at $and the second check for the final coating payment of $and $for the rock/mortar job They did not return that day I called them and they said they would be back of finish the job by end of week They did not show I called them multiple times in the next two weeks with no response I finally reached *** *** and he stated he thought the job had been completed, and that he would be here by end of week to redo the stone and mortar
