This company is a JOKE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way from the receptionist to the regional property manager! This isn't the first occurrence that I've wasted my time and money to meet up with their maintenance man to fix an issue in my unit and they didn't come nor is it the first time the Regional Property Manager, ***, hung up on me when I voiced my frustrations to him. He doesn't seem to care and conducts himself as if he has no consequences for his actions. Everyone in that office blames each other when the ball drops; no one is accountable. I've tried reaching out to the Vice President, ***, via email (they said that's the only way to reach her) but she has not replied. This office is out of control and I don't believe the bosses above them have any clue what's going on because when you submit a complaint via email it goes to the office and it's their responsibility to route it which I highly doubt they do.
I had a leaky ceiling where water was coming out of the light fixtures causes shortages and a safety concern. I put in a request, the maintenance guy, ***, came out and assessed and said it was a safety issue and that he needed to get into the unit above me. Then, w/o notice, the request was marked completed and closed. I had to follow up with the office and ask why they closed it when nothing had been done. The office said because *** told them he looked at it and everything was fine. I explained that was a lie and everything was not fine. I had to open another request. After constant and unnecessary follow up, they finally fixed the leak (2 months later). They marked it closed and completed. Again, I had to open a third request to repair the ceiling from the water damage and contact the office. I don't know why they mark the requests completed when they haven't been fully completed. Today (3/2/20), I was supposed to meet up with them (almost 3 months later) and they never showed. This continues to be an uphill battle!
