I placed an order from Stonehouse California Olive Oil on 10/13/2019 and as of 5/1/2020, I still have not received the order. I have contacted the company many times and finally received an email (see copy below) from the president of the company *** on 1/6/2020 that the order will be shipped. I still have nor received it.

I am so sorry no one has gotten back to you. We moved our warehouse in November (the previous owners sold the company and the new ones were mucking up our orders) and with the move came new software and personnel and an avalanche of holiday orders. We will send out your AO spice blend today and add an extra one in there for good measure. I thought we cleared all of the October orders.
