I called this company to find out why I was denied for an apartment that I applied forI was treated very rudely and cursed at by the VP of the company who hung up on me when I asked for her nameI remained very calm throughout the call despite being berated by this employeeI called back twice
more, and although the other employees were much nicer than the anonymous VP was, they still would not give me her name to file a complaint, and both employees hung up on meI requested a copy of the report they received from the credit companies which they refused to provideThey told me that there were judgements on my credit report that were not there when I pulled my free report two weeks priorIn order for *** to figure out why this discrepancy occurred, they need to see the report that was provided to the companyThis discrepancy means I do not have a place to live which seems to be a non issue for the employees at this company who were completely uninterested in helping
