I cannot praise Max and Susan enough. They were not only timely, they were also very professional, and extremely detailed. They confirmed via a 42 page report that the laboratory results confirmed that my apartment AC handler was spreading toxic black mold throughout my apartment. That is bad enough for anyone. I happen t I have cancer and have been on chemotherapy for 1 1/2 years. I have endured a lot, the pain of gasping for air at times has been the worst. Is it possible mold spores could have transferred to my car? I have issues breathing on my car.

It is very rare when you find a contractor that is professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, very caring, honest and goes above and beyond in every way. I had an odor in my house and having copd I was concerned about mold so I called in Max and Susan who checked my house so thoroughly with infra red camera as well as being so very kind. Max is fantastic! He truly cares about your health and finding if there is mold in your home. If there is you will have results back and he will go over them with you and give you suggestions as to how to proceed next. We are having mold remediate in our home that Max found as my wife was becoming sick. She is sensitive to mold and her illness starts in her legs. StoneCrest team has been very professional, Max and Susan were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. They were patient with us and answered every single question. How can I put into words when an "angel"" is dropped into your life by God, when you are at your most distraught moment in life? I have thought long and hard about how Mr. Max and the Stonecrest Team came into my life and saved me from the nightmare I was experiencing. Max went out of his way to educate me, at a level that I could actually understand, "what" was going on with me, I wasn't crazy, and pointed me in the right direction to remediate the mold in my home which prompted 3 Emergency Room visit within 3 weeks. Without him and his educated advice, I would still be suffering with no end in sight. My battle isn't over yet, but God sent Mr. Max to help me get started in the right direction. We were from out of state, but needed help with an apartment my son was renting. Max and his team were so professional, on time, and did a thorough inspection of my son's apartment. The report provided was also delivered on the date Max indicated it would be, and the report was full of valuable information that my son's pulmonologist used to help treat his allergies. I can't thank them enough. We really felt like it was a friend taking care if us.

Very happy that StoneCrest Team performed a mold inspection on our new home! Since it was under construction during Hurricane Irma, we were concerned that the conditions were ideal for mold growth and wanted peace of mind. Max brought his amazing equipment which allowed us to "see" through our walls and ceilings. He then pulled samples of air and sent it to a lab which determined that we had no mold... much to our relief!! The inspection was worth every penny as we found other things that our builder will need to adjust to prevent future mold growth. Thanks Max!
