Very disappointed. Best friend (retired dentist) warned me about shopping-center dentists and I learned the hard way at Stonecrest. Charged me $1,500 for a crown which fell out within a few months. Went back and they put a post in which broke within a few more months, and they told me it couldn't be replaced, only a bridge or implant at a cost of $3,000 were possible. Went to another dentist and he replaced the bad work, costing me $2,000 to put a new crown in. That crown has held for 7 months. Requested a refund for the failed dental work from Stonecrest and they refused.

Review: I will be as brief and succinct as possible. I set an appointment for a root canal to be performed around approximately Date and Time: 12/20/14 8:30am . I made this appointment approximately 2 months in advance about sometime in October. Needless to say they called 1 day before the appointment to remind me. I told them I wasn't going to be able to make it. I had some really unforeseen circumstances preventing me from going. They told me I would be charged a $100 dollar cancellation fee for not cancelling 48 hours in advance. I told them I was never informed about that and why not call me 48 hrs prior to my appointment to remind me. Anyway, I was never told that nor have any written indication of that. Moreover I could not have made it and they don't have any exceptions for emergencies. I could have and would have easily cancelled had I known about the FEE.Desired Settlement: No payment on my part required. Cancel the cancellation fee of $100 and change the store policy by indicating boldly the cancellation policy.
