I am rejecting this response because:this is unacceptable and I will not let you guys walk all over me. There was false information given so you guys would get my business. If you read what I wrote before the ONLY reason I came back was because you told me you report to them you knew if you would have said you didn't report then I would have walked away. Something needs to done and I'm gladly going to make sure that's going to happen.

Per our conversation on the phone, I explained to you that when your were buying your (second) vehicle here we were in the process of reporting to the credit bureaus. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not allowed to report to the bureaus at this time. We fought tooth and nail to...

do so. We are still trying to report. The bureaus just don't let anyone report. They have to comb through copious amounts of data to make sure it reports right.  On the issue of you not buying your car here if we didn't report; this is your second vehicle here. You wouldn't have come back if the first vehicle did not treat you right. So in the end you are paying for a vehicle that gives you good service (at least to our knowledge). The reporting issue is a moot point that we are trying to resolve. In the end there was no deceit when you bought your vehicle. We were truthfully in the process of reporting.
