As per the above complaint we will provide a time line ofthe complaint. The customer product was shipped to them on1/7/15The customer received their product on 1/12/ They signed the B.O.Lthat their productwas in good/acceptable condition. On 1/14/the customer spoke to our answeringservice with concerns about her product. On 1/17/we spoke to the customer she statedthat she felt that her product was to dark in color We explained to her that the product wouldlighten up as it driedThe product was shipped asap per her request The customer stated that there were fingerprints on her product that they were unable to clean off We were unaware how this could happen( wewill touch base on this in a moment)The customer stated that she did not wantthe product she wanted it returned we explained to her we do not take returnsand if we made a exception there is a 30% restocking Fee as listed in our termsthat she agreed to The customer stated that her project was complete and they no longerneeded the product???.On 1/18/we spoke to the customer (husband) hestated that he and his mason were going through the product and may have gottenfinger prints on it and was unable to clean it offAfter speaking to thehusband we agreed to send the customer a % of the product that he couldn’t clean He was very thankful and wanted us to ship itright awayEven though the wife stated that the project was complete andthey no longer wanted the product. On 1/28/there product was ready to ship Prior to shipping we were contacted by ourMerchant Server (Visa) that this customer filed a claim and was trying to gettheir money back Our Merchant Serveradvised us not to ship any further productThe claim was filed days ago on 1/14/15, days prior to the customer asking us to ship them more product right away.On 1/29/we spoke to the customer (wife)theywere asking if the product (that she stated earlier she didn’t need because herproject was complete) had shipped Shewas advised that we could not ship the product until the complaint wasresolved She stated that she had hopedwe shipped the product prior to finding out about the complaint. On 2/4/we spoke to the customer (husband)asking what he could do to get more product so he could finish his project Only to find out that the customer filled acomplaint with the B.B.Bdays prior to 2/4/on 1/19/that they were unhappywith the product and have already moved onAs they clearly stated in there DesiredSettlement However their still askingus to send them more product on 2/4/15.This customer is clearly trying to get twice the amount ofproduct and their money back We feel wehave made every attempt to try to keep a good customer relationship even at nofault of ours only to find that their intensions were not true.We would like to thank the B.B.Bfor the opportunity todefend this complaint and that our customer satisfaction is very important toour company.Thank You

In response to this customers latest story Looking at the pictures that she post it is clear that there was something dumped over the stone and when they handled thestone they clearly had something on their hands as her husband stated This customers story has changed from the time she received her product and the story her husband gave us was totally differentHowever now that she has had the opportunity to read our response she and her husband can sit downand come up with a story that sounds correct. This product was shipped to them as describedWe have paper work she signed stating the product was in good condition after reading and seeing how these people are it seems that if the product was not to their satisfaction they would not had signed for it We have contacted other customers that had the same product they have no complaints. This customer has said one thing and done another from the time they received their product, from asking us to send them more product and the whole time try to get their money back from their credit card company to telling the Revdex.com that their project was complete and they moved onHowever asking us to send more product several days after speaking to the Revdex.com.This customer does not have their facts straight from the sales person to whom she spoke to, the owners of the company or how they tried to get their product for free She read our response to her initial complaint and tried to make something look good as she has done from the beginning.Through out this process we tried to satisfy this customer even though there was no fault of ours New product was ready to ship up until the time our merchant server advise us there my be fraudulent activity and not to ship them any further products.Throughout this process we have learned that no matter how hard you try or how far you go to help someone out there are those that always want more for less and no matter how much you do you will never make those customers happy. We would like to thank the Revdex.com for the opportunity to explain what really happened throughout this transaction and giving us the opportunityto defend our good nameThank You

I just wanted to warn everyone out there that Stone Creek Veneers is also operating under that name Wholesale Stone VeneerThey have a separate website wholesalestoneveneer.com that they use to advertise since stone creek has developed such a bad reputation

We contracted to build a fireplace for $total we have a setback where we could install the fireplace for two months and John said that was OK so when we was ready to install the fireplace all the sudden he refused to install so we just asked for materials he finally brought some of the materials charge is and the materials were not even complete We are still waiting for the stone mantle we paid for and the hearth stones we paid for And even though we stayed in touch with them His business closed suddenly and he was locked out of his business so we ended up paying almost the full amount but he refused to install the fireplace and we’re still missing about $in materials so I will need to file a complaint with attorney generals office and this guy is supposed to be moving to a new location to open his third new business and I suggest you stay away from him his name is John Once he had or money he refuse to get back to us then complain we blew up his cell phone isn’t it funny how people that Owe money Complain when you try to get it back Worst business experience I’ve ever had and I’m years old

I placed an order over the phoneI thought I was purchasing vynl siding that looked like stoneMy contractor sent one of his workers to pick it up and found it was the wrong productHe called me to explainI called the company who made my contractor come back to sign the wrong paper workHe is know insisting the contractor left with the product when he did notHe refuses to credit my credit cardNever do business with this company they are slimmyFor months they promised me a refund and have now refused

I placed an order on February 16, for square feet of Ledge Stone stone veneer in the Winchester colorTried to place the order through their website wholesalestoneveneer.com but it did not go through so I had to call in my orderOver the phone the representative took my order for square feet of veneer stone and charged me a 30% deposit which came to $She told me they would email my invoice and that the order would take business days to ship and I would be charged the balance upon shipmentThe next week I called to get an update on my order shipment and they referred to the invoice which said the order wouldn't ship until March 16thWell, I complained of never having received the invoice and that I was previously told when I placed the order that it would only take business days to ship outI verified the email address and waited for a copy of the invoiceNothing came throughI called back and tried a different email addressStill nothingI called back

We have spoke to Mr ** *** He stated that he had called the Revdex.com to retract his complaint. It was a simple misunderstanding we had his account noted to wait for his call to let us know when to ship his product do to the fact he was having issues with his contractor. After we
spoke to him we held on to his product for a few more days at his request as he was going out of town. His product was shipped the following business day upon his return. Mr *** has received his product. As for his statement about competitors bashing other competitors it is very true in this competitors case. There has been many issue with that company making statements to try and drive business there way. In Mr ***s case he made the right decision with whom he placed his order with, for those who speak negative of others are usually speaking of themselves. We would like to thank the Revdex.com for the opportunity to clear the air on this matter and show our competitors its just another happy costumer.Thank You

We loved our product from this companyThey were great to work with

Delivery was slow, but they seemed to have fairly reasonable excuses Product eventually delivered but there were many broken pieces We had ordered excess stone, so that was not serious, but in excess of 25% of the sill was broken on arrival Repeated phone calls and emails were mostly ignored We ended up using the broken sills to get the job done They did not provide replacement and have not responded to my request for refund The price of the product was good, and the quality of the product was good, but I do not recommend this company because of the poor customer service

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

They have a wonderful display of stone veneer at their showroomWe ordered our stone and had it within 10-days just like they saidWent home to open our products and it was exactly what we were looking for, couldn't be happier

I contracted with Stone Creek Veneer & Pavers on November 5, to install veneers, mantle and corbelsThe veneers were selected from a display on the wall in the showroom on the same date The installation was scheduled for ll-28- On the day of installation the color of the veneer did not appear to be the color we chose from the large display John, the installer, assured me the bricks were still wet and to give the color at least four weeks to cure to the the color we choseI contacted the business about six weeks after installation to report the color on a large area of the fireplace had not changed as he had stated Also, I reported the mantel did not appear to be the color chosen on ll-28- I placed numerous telephone calls to the business, leaving voice mails and with the receptionistI was always assured John would receive and return the numerous calls which he did notMy wife came upon John in a grocery store parking lot and confronted him with our conc

We are still waiting for the stone mantle we paid for and the hearth stones we paid for And even though we stayed in touch with them His business closed suddenly and he was locked out of his business so we ended up paying almost the full amount but he refused to install the fireplace and we’re still missing about $in materials so I will need to file a complaint with attorney generals office and this guy is supposed to be moving to a new location to open his third new business and I suggest you stay away from him his name is John
Once he had or money he refuse to get back to us then complain we blew up his cell phone isn’t it funny how people that Owe money Complain when you try to get it back
Worst business experience I’ve ever had and I’m years old

Biggest complaint is the sills they sold meI explained to them my application: stone up feet, then a sill, then siding on topThey sold me WINDOW sills for this application and I ended up having to buy water sills/ledges from a local company because these window sills they sold me would have looked ridulousThey weren't finished on the top side and were not meant for this purposeBut they told me I'd have to pay for my own shipping back AND a 30% restocking feeThey were absolutely unwilling to work with me on this

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The true events as they happened start date Dec 15, The week of Dec15,*** *** called SCV to inquire about the River Rock Stone offered on their websiteThe ONE photo they show of the styles of river rock ordered is what *** *** (***.)questioned aboutIs this what I will receive? *** said YES, this is Rustic Canyon on our website, this is what you will receive***once again called *** and asked if he was certain this is what the color and style will be, *** once again said yes, this is what you will receive, sorry the other pictures are coming soon to be posted but this is the color on our website you will recieve, it is Rustic CanyonAs of today, the pictures are still not postedDec 23,Via telephone, *** quoted price total was $560, including shipping. 30% down today, the balance due upon receiving. If canceled SCV keeps the 30% down** asked about delivery, *** said a business location in our rural town would be bestThe order was placed on **’s VISA, once AGAIN, asking *** that the online pic was what we were to receive since their website photos were still incomplete…he said Yesthe 30% which was $** asked about if any possible damages incurred while shipping, *** said a few may normally get damaged in transit, but all should be good, if not SCV will make goodJust contact them. Arrival will be in 7-days
The following week ** *ttempted calling SCV and had to leave voicemails on the prompts to reach SCV with no luck getting a return call until days laterA man returned my call saying he was just a salesman and that I should call back after the x-mas holidaysDec 29,, the following x-mas Monday ** called SCVNo answer** left a massage to return thecall** also left an email on their website to contact herThat evening, 12/29/at 5pm ** received a call from a man with SCVHe reassured ** the order would be enroute the very next weekI voiced my concerns now about the legitimacy of their business and he said they are a legit company and that we would be a satisfied customer or they would make it good if there was an issueAnother week went byJANUARY 12, --days after ordering the stone, a call was received by the small business it was to be delivered to saying there was an order from Stone Creek Veneer at that location which is *** *** *** ***,pmUpon delivery, ** opened the boxes for inspectionThe product was NOT what was ordered from SCVThe colors were all wrong and there were morter hand prints and fingerprints and streaks on the productBefore unloading from the *** *** *** I attempted to call SCV, but had to leave a voicemail stating all the issues from my cell phoneI called again immediately, with no answer. The driver stated he was just the driver from St Louis, that he was not responsible, and that I needed to off load the boxes so he could get back to the terminal, stating again he was just the driverNot certain on what action to take I signed the shipping papers and wrote “WITH CONCERNS” under my nameSee attached shipping paperThat same evening **’s husband *** *** ***)left a voicemail to SCV to call us
January 13,2015, Husband to **, *** *** (**) called SCV, a lady named *** answered the phone and said all the employess were on a SHIP and could not be reached
January 13, 2015, ** called VISA to begin complaint process fearing fraud, online scam activity and lack of correct product receivedVisa indicated the the full amount charged to my account was $614.10.……by SCV, which is $more than quoted. ** took photos of product and emailed SCV about wrong/bad product…see attached email***’s, un packed several boxes of the stone in their basement as one wood to inpect,to find that by estimating, that 95% of the product was the wrong color….all a dark ruddy brown…not the vibrant stone ordered from their website, see photo….and 80% had hand/finger mortor streaks . And that is also was not the quality they had stated, the stones had “over pours” from the molding process
January 17,*** from SCV called **’s cell phone and said the call back on Monday morning to discuss
January 19, 2015 A.M., ** calls SCV, has to leave a voicemail8:A.M., Called SCVA female answers and says to call back in hr9:A.M., Called SCV, left voicemail for *** to return callOr VISA will be notified of non co-operation and of situation9:A.MA female answered “***”She said *** had been in and was gone A.M*** from SCV called *** ‘s answering maching/cell***s had to return the call which we did at A.Mto ***hour conversation with *** about the wrong color and bad quality and overcharge He said we need to let it sit for weeks and dry, it will change colors and that we could try washing the stone to remove any imprints and maybe putting the stone in our OVEN to dry itI explained that we had sample washed a stone with a mild dish washing detergent as directed by him.and dryed by fans blowing on the stone and it was still the wrong color and that we needed to come to an alternative product agreement. ** even offered to expunge part of the cost if SCV could just send the correct productAs the phone conversation went on, *** accused ***s of causing all the imprints, not being knowledgable of that in weeks the stone will change its color.!! And said he would not refund,or resend ANY of the product*** also stated that since we had accepted the stone at shipping, it was now “your problem”I explained the WITH CONCERNS I printed on the shipping papers, the attempts at calling SCV, the email sent with pictures to which he eventually admitted seeing and agreed there was streaks/handprintsAll he kept saying was is that SCV would not resend the correct product , but if we,***s wanted to spend the money to ship it back to Pennsylvania he would accept it but since we had unpacked part of the order he would charge us the 30% restock fee because his workers would have to weigh the order and repack to be sure we did not steal any of the stoneIn his conversation *** said that if I was to speak with “A Little Sugar” I might get somewhere with him** stated to *** that this conversation was over and that other entities would handle the situationJanuary 19,2015, ** filed an online complaint with ICInternet FraudJanuary 20,2015, ** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com about Stone Creek VeneerJanuary 23, 2015, ** called *** to finally get a solution of the stone product*** and ** agreed on that *** would re-send the entire order within one week………..One week later as no product arrived for ***s, ** called *** and had to leave a voicemail*** returned a call to *** ‘s residance and ** answered*** stated to ** that he nor SCV would be sending the replacement order because he was holding in his hand a notice from VISA about a charge back and that now in his opinion, ***s are being fraudulent, and lying, trying to get something for nothing and he would not be sending any replacement stone at all***s tried to explain that if SCV would resend the correct product and just take this bad product away, we would be satisfiedWe did not have a use for his bad product and would be happy to throw it in the ditch since it was useless to us and since he and SCV did not want it back due to high shipping etc
***s have since ordered a wonderful product through *** and do not want nor have a need for Stone Creek Veneers Product which ***’s have nicely repacked and set aside.Nor should ***s have to be the victim of this fraudulent company. *** have never received any reciept of product by SCV other than the shipping paper of the trucking company and the CC Visa statementAlthough on their website SCV does offer a year product gaurentee on all products they sellAs seen in photo’s, this is blatantly not what was represented
