On Friday 9/at about pm our water was cut off in our unitI called the hotline the maintenance said they know the problem but wont come out until the morningThe water was not fixed until around am [redacted] which is also on the lease and she is weeks pregnantWe could not shower or flush the toilet for that whole timeI had to get us a hotel for the night because we could not live with no water for that longThe hotel cost was $I asked them if they can credit our rent she said she will not do that at allAlso when I called its a lady Kim that is in chargeShe is so rudeShe really needs to be firedAlso that is actually what prompted me to file this complaintPlease look into this issue

Let's start from the beginningAndrea the leasing agent is a dollShe is very attentive to the tenants and tries to get back to you through email or phone call as promptly as possibleEverything/everyone else needs help! The Lakewood building is a cute, quaint spot for a starter apartment for a reasonable price ($575) but PLEASE DO NOT LET THE LOOKS FOOL YOU! This place is a bug's paradise! They have a sign out in the lobby stating the dates for their annual bug spray (roaches) ! The owners cannot CARELESS about their tenants, Kelli is quite rude and lacks compassion whereas her husband seems to be a bit more understanding since he's on the property more often than she isJust save yourself the headacheFind another apartment, thoroughly read their reviews, pay the extra price if you have to! Don't settle because it's in "Lakewood" with a "good price"

I wish there was a way to rate this company with negative starsAlmico Properties is the worst company that I have ever leased fromThe owner Kelly Almouridis is very rude and unprofessionalThe apartment building on Cove and Edgewater in Lakewood needs major reconstructionIt takes months for them to respond to any maintenance requestThe whole building leans and is uneven to the point that you can set a marble down and it will roll to the other sideThe floorboards need replaced, everything is outdated, they coverup everything with paintThe water has a lot of rust in it, I wouldn't recommend drinking itThe bugs are awful and the building has bedbugsThe building smells horribleThey don't screen the maintenance, and they hire drug addicts to work on the apartments, whom have stolen from tenants apartmentsIf you complain, they will be rude and hang up, and then post an eviction notice on your door the next dayThe owners enter your apartment without hour notice, several police reports have been filed with the Lakewood police department in regards to them illegally entering the apartmentsI would not recommend these apartments to anyone, the rent is way overpriced compared to the other buildings that look remarkable, an actually sit on the LakeYou have to threaten to take them to court to get your deposit backCheck out all of the other buildings first, unless you have a credit score, hard up for a place, and have multiple evictionsThis building is an insult to beautiful city of Lakewood, and should be demolished
I applied for an apartment with this company and paid my $application feeAfter this company received my payment I could not get a hold of a live rep for days straightI could not get any ofmy questions answeredWhen I was finally able to get a live person they hung up on me twice and it took a good min to get back in touch with themI am furious at this point and I asked for my application fee back and was told that they don't refund the application fee
I was treated with such poor customer service, the reviews I saw online is what I experiencedI will not be living in this place of business and I want my money back asap
This place has went downhillHas bed bugs and they lied about them coming to fix the issue 3times!!! Nasty tenenats poor maintenance, and just plain rude people
Since June 27th I have been calling maintenance to let them know my air conditioner has not been working no cold air only warm air is circulatingIn July they sent Mike twice and he used a dust pan brush and dusted the inside of air conditioner, never seen that done, anyway the second week in July they were called again to let them know still warm air circulating and both my June and July light bill came to dollars was told by Kim in maintenance that a new air conditioner was ordered and that my bill would come at dollars with cold air or warm air and that bill I had to pay that they will not be responsible for my light billI didn't ask for them to pay my light bill that there has to be something wrong with the air conditioner, she said she will order a new air conditionerOn 8/10still no new air conditioner, complained that now the air conditioner was not turning onOn 8/she sent Dave from maintenance came to look at air conditioner and he said its not turning on and
ALMICO PROPERTIES LACKS INTEGRITY! Their Lakewood building is infested with hidden BED BUGS! and ROACHES! and they treat their tenants like ***They offered to give me my money back and changed their mind when I asked about it?! I would never recommend their "business" to anyone seeking residence! This place is a hoaxUnsanitary and unprofessionalThe owners only care about the money and have no regard for their tenants!
