[ *** *** *** )Who was working on a BMW xat
a body shop in WaukeshaJeff cut away the top portion of the molding and
discarded and repaired some roof dents.Our technician
arrived and noticed the molding cut
awayWe called the suppliers and found
there was no molding available but was referred to a universal molding
T101B,which looked exactly the same as the molding on both sides of the
vehicleThis is a 3/molding that fits on top and sides, one piece, With the
old molding discarded,and fresh paint leaving no dirt mark from the existing
moldingThe technician placed the T101B molding on top of windshield where
Jeff cut away existing moldingWhen our technician asked Jeff if the new
molding looked like the old one he said it looked fineJeff gave my technician
the go ahead and agreed.Two days later Jeff called and said the
molding looked bad and he wasn't impressed I went back and the corners fit a
little bit loose.Jeff wanted the dealer molding and said he would order it and
call me back.When Jeff called back about the
molding I told him he needed to bring the vehicle to my shop but he refused and
wanted me to come thereI reminded him of the missing molding on top and the
dirt line missingI think when Jeff removed the trim tape he noticed or
remembered a molding on top that actually covered the top edge more so than the
sides did, And now he wanted it the sameI cannot say I blame himUpon
talking to him the conversation only got worse with the name calling and
swearing, threatening remarksHe got so hostile had to hang upI am willing
to correct this issue but he needs to bring the vehicle backGiving Affordable
Auto Glass adequate time to fix this.Thank YouAffordable Auto Glass

Company states that they have gone to the consumer's house and taken care of the issues.
