I am rejecting this response because:
Regardless of the circumstancesit does not change the fact that Ralph C*** had the city of rockvilleach put a violation notice for my house when they had no prof of a violation, and they could not het proof as there is no violationI will not accept that someone who would do such a thing is competent property manager, and since Ralph C*** is part owner of the business I am becoming afraid of his next relatiationI want this documented in case something worse happens

I write in response to your above referenced complaint which you sent to the Stonebridge HCA (which we do manage) but the community at issue here is the [redacted] Condominium.The co-owner of [redacted]'s homes within the [redacted] Condominium, [redacted] attended a [redacted]...

[redacted] Condominium Board of Directors meeting and while discussing a planned plumbing replacement project she mentioned that her home had a basement bathroom. The addition of a basement bathroom would require the prior approval of the [redacted] Condominium Architectural Review Committee and they would not approve a basement bathroom because the sewer lines serving these homes were not designed or sized for additional bathrooms and unauthorized added bathrooms have cause sever sewage backup problems and cost the Association thousands in repair costs. Whenever it is brought to the Association's attention that a home within the community has an added bathroom the Association sends a violation letter instructing the homeowner to remove it and provide proof of removal. I did not say it violated section R105 of the 2015 international Residential code; I state the section of the [redacted] Condominium Association documents that were allegedly violated, in an email, stated that the City of Rockville does not issue building permits for basement bathrooms in the [redacted] Condominium townhomes and would require removal, (they had done so in the case of [redacted] so I am not sure why they will not require it in this case). I have attached copies of the initialcomplaint, the violation hearing notice, our e mail exchanges and copies of the proof of other bathroom removals required in year past.The Association, not me personally (I just happen to write the letters), is treating [redacted] just like every other homeowner who has been found to have an unauthorized bathroom added in the basement of their unit. [redacted] will not assign a different property manager to [redacted] and ask that this complaint be dropped.
