Horrible people to do business with After being told during the measuring process that it would take to 2-1/weeks to get my new countertop, it took weeks - and then it was the wrong material! They had actually cut the countertops out of the wrong Silestone pattern When we pointed it out to the Stone Systems employee who came with the installer, he wanted to know if we just didn't want to keep what they had delivered NO! So then it took another week for them to remake the counters - weeks total AFTER the measurements were done Everyone I talked with had a different story/excuse Horrible customer service and a bad customer experience all around
Horrible people to do business with. After being told during the measuring process that it would take 2 to 2-1/2 weeks to get my new countertop, it took 5 weeks - and then it was the wrong material! They had actually cut the countertops out of the wrong Silestone pattern. When we pointed it out to the Stone Systems employee who came with the installer, he wanted to know if we just didn't want to keep what they had delivered. NO! So then it took another week for them to remake the counters - 6 weeks total AFTER the measurements were done. Everyone I talked with had a different story/excuse. Horrible customer service and a bad customer experience all around.
My family purchased granite counter tops from [redacted] and they sub-contracted this company to cut and install.
In our opinion, the compnay provided poor customer service in just about every way possible.
*Note: [redacted] did a good job of trying to help and keeping us updated.
Our advice would be to stay away from this company.
Thanks!
