Review: When we selected stone surfaces to install our countertops and back splash in our kitchen, [redacted] (owner / manager) sold us on their annual service calls to reseal the marble and handle any issues that may arise. It was for this reason we selected them as a fabricator. We had two slabs installed in our kitchen and there were multiple seams that had to be closed on-site when the pieces were put together. The seams have now cracked allowing for water to creep in behind the slabs potentially leading to a very precarious situation. I have placed 5 phone calls to the Stone Surfaces office regarding this issue always in addition to two voicemails left directly for [redacted]. I have not once received a phone call back (as promised) and cannot seem to get anyone to come to our home to remedy this faulty workmanship. I believe an expectation that a countertop and backsplash should not require repair after just one year is appropriate and should be remedied immediately.Desired Settlement: We would like for someone to do as we were initially promised and come to repair the cracking seams and reseal the marble in the kitchen at a time that is mutually convenient in the near future.
