As discussed  Stone Street could not fund the transaction until it received certain documents that proved that certain third parties did not have a claim to the payments that our customer sought to sell.   Stone Street received the documents from the courts directly, and we funded [redacted] on October 6, 2014.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:1. None of my grievances and requests per my original complaint were addressed. (No apology for overly aggressive harassment and no reason given why they continued to call after I requested them to stop calling TWICE.)
2. Misspelling my name as "[redacted]" It is [redacted]. After 20+unsolicited calls and close to10 pieces of mail from Stone Street Capital, LLC which spells my name correctly, I find it insulting that the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, [redacted], doesn't have the attention to detail to spell my name correctly and he responded with such a shoddy, unprofessional, impersonal letter, maybe a testament to the services his business offers?

This transaction is complete and ready to fund.  Unfortunately, these particular structured settlement payments have been subject to a fraudulent attempt to sell in the past.   As such, this sale is subject to a higher level of review to ensure that we are contracting with the individual...

who owns the payments and not the individual who attempted to fraudulently sell these same payments in the past.   We are reviewing the final documents, and if we conclude that the individual to whom we are speaking is in fact the annuitant, we will close the transaction.

your correspondence dated October 30, 2015 to Stone Street Capital, in regards to the complaint filed by the above referenced individual.  Prior to this request we have no previous written correspondence filed by [redacted] regarding this issue. In response to the complaint, please be advised of the following: [redacted] is trying to sell us and we are trying to buy some of his structured settlement payments.  In order to do that we have to comply with the New York State law that governs the transfer of these payments and we have to obtain a court order approving the transfer.  We are not able to control or predict when or the outcome of our petition in New York, as that is in the hands of a Judge and not in our hands. [redacted] executed a contract with Stone Street on August 25, 2015. In order to close the transaction it needs to be approved by a New York court.  We immediately filed the court petition in Queens County, under case # [redacted]/**. The court subsequently set a hearing for this matter on November 17, 2015. This will be a submission date, where [redacted] does not have to appear. Pursuant to the New York statute, the court has up to 60 days to make a ruling on the matter. Stone Street has been very diligent in trying to push this matter along as fast as possible; however, we are unfortunately at the mercy of the court in making a decision on this matter.   If you have any other questions in this regard, please feel free to give us a call, but rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get this matter approved for you.  Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I continue to recieve mail and phone calls from "STONE STREET CAPITAL. As I have stated before, What they have been doing is sending the mail with no return address
on the envelope, enticing you with "PAY TO THE ODER" through the envelope window. I am now looking to sue them for putting my Private information on Family's answering machines and also Talking with them.
This is all documented from Myself and others. What this person, Going by the name of Johnathen, listed in the previous complaint.,Has Brought all his affiliates That he knows in the business also calling me and sending me
the daily and repetitive harassment. The Person(S), is now Spoofing, having me pick up as a local call. So STONE STREET has not been faithful in keeping there word. I have original documentation, Recorded messages, tons of mail,
and best of all, Wittnesses.

Review: After receiving many items in the mail from SSC I contacted them and talked about options, one of my very first questions was the funding process after approval. I explained to [redacted] that in a previous transaction I had trouble getting 100% of the money after approval. He assured me funding was not an issue and they fund immediately there is no waiting on other sources for the money. I have asked other times and was told 1-3 days. I'm on day 3 and they have no idea when I will be funded. Could be days could be weeks. They don't know. I am so ashamed I fell for this company!!Desired Settlement: I want funded yesterday!!!

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

Yes although it has been funded, the customer service representative was not honest in his information throughout the transaction and funding process. He simply left out important details when asked specific questions on the process. I do not want anything from them but I do not feel that bad experiences should be hid from future possible clients. I would NOT do any business with them in the future. Very poor company to work with. Not to mention once they had everthing signed they needed their response to any questions was very slow. And the CSR was very hard to get a hold of.
