Installation of broken marble vanity top. When we complained, we were threatened and cursed at by ***.
We paid $500 down for a marble vanity top to be installed. When it was installed it was broken from front to back, backslash had a chunk out of the stone, and bottom of backslash was a chipped edge. We contacted the business and they said they would fix it when we ordered the delivery of the second bath counter top. We would not order another after the condition of the first one. The company sent two boys to fix the problem, but they made it worse. We went to the business immediately after and talked to the female owner, who said we had to talk to ***. *** called my husband that evening, and immediately started cursing and threatening. He said he would fix it with a sledgehammer. He said we were trying to get out of paying him. We just had our kitchen done by another company,who did a beautiful job. We paid them approximately $6,000.00. We just want our $500 deposit back and that garbage out of our home. Also, no more contact from *** or I will press charges for terroristic threatening.
