Stone Ridge Apartments

Since June 29, 2023, I have not been able to get hardly any sleep and can't use my living room due to 3 air conditioner units outside the wall of my apartments directly by my bedroom and living room windows. I've lived here since August 2022 and never heard this noise this loud until June 29th. I have been complaining about a vibration on my living room wall and got no assistance from the Manager (Christine Christian). On last Thursday I did not sleep at all because the noise was so loud. Since they were working on a unit above me, I had to put up with loud banging, nailing, dropping things on my ceiling very loud while I was trying to work and had to take off from work. I do contract work and when I'm not working, I don't get paid. I was told they are doing make ready and the noise would stop at noon on Friday. Instead of stopping, it got louder, it sounds like a truck with loud pipes non-stop all and day and night. The manager stated they had an air conditioner unit that was not working which they replaced. It sounds like they got an old unit and not a new one. The sounds is going through my living room wall, the wall is vibrating and you can hear it in the bedroom. I need to use the dining room to work from home and you can hear it there also. The bedroom is where I'm living because you can't sit in the living room at all. I have sent several emails, left a voice message, put in 2 service requests and I'm getting no help. I went to several units near me and their air condition units are very quiet. I sent an email to Tipton the property owners but normally they just forward it to the manager over the apartment complex. No response from the property owners or anyone in the complex office. I couldn't have any relatives over for the 4th of July because of the noise and my blood pressure is over 200 because of not getting any sleep. The manager wanted me to go up to the unit above me to prove the noise was not coming from it after I had already told her I have a bad knee and can't take stairs. she insisted on my going up and told me to walk slowly. The manager also told me that I can move out early if I want to as long as I clean the apartment. Just like it's that easy to find an apartment. She and none of the employees working here even care, they just stay in the air conditioned office all day. Once you move in you have to wait a month to get a response and then it won't be fixed. They go into your apartment but don't leave a note stating they have been in it. I have a death in my family, one that's just got out of hospital due to her blood pressure being too high and this is what I have to deal with not getting any sleep and having to put up with this noise until I move.

There are roaches everywhere and rats in the wall. Absolutely disgusting. No one in office to talk to ever. No one to answer the phone.
Ive had roaches throughout the apartment since I moved in. The exterminator they called only brings in more roaches. Rats in the walls, you can hear them running and squeaking. Sometimes smells like rat pee and poop. There is never anyone in the office to talk to about situations, unless it deals with money. No one answers the phone to the office. We received a $325 fine for "Unacceptable Behavior" and "Excessive Volume." Can not ever find the maintenance people. Sliding door wont open. We have been without hot water for two days.
