This became a horrible business Over the past year plus there have been issues with not receiving product in a timely manner On several occassions it would take 2+ weeks to receive the products ordered and then some of them would be out of stock It would take an additional 2+ weeks to receive the out of stock items The last two times purchases were made I emailed the company with no response I then left several voice mail messages since no one would answer the phone and again no response The very last time it was over a month and I finally reached someone and complained The person didn't even try and get the order out to me, she said she would submit a refund on my credit card and it would take business days After a week I still didn't receive a refund and had to put a complaint in with the credit card company I will never do business with this company again
Horrible customer service as well as failure to deliver ordered product in less than weeks on more than one occasion Calls to company go unanswered, voice mail and email messages are not returned Worst of all is when you finally speak with an employee (of which there are not many) after days of calling they offer no sincere apology, state understand if do not order from company again & continue to fail on promise to have products delivered overnight without a fee Have used products from this company for over years without any prior problems until past year when there was a management changeUnfortunately my elderly mother loves their shower gel and looks forward to using it daily This is a small daily highlight she will no longer have as I will not be ordering from company again Hydron Technologies, Incshould be shut down Sadly the current management has tarnished the good reputation of the founding team So sad
I was a loyal customer for about years until now More than weeks ago this company took my money, didn't ship my more than $worth of products, and will not return my calls or emails I have never seen such a disgraceful way to treat customers and rob them of their money

to the change of staffing during this period all errors on behalf of Stone Ridge Square have been corrected and the resident has reached satisfying terms with Stone Ridge Square.
pet policy violations, pet waste all over the balcony in apartment building [redacted] apt.[redacted] .I've reported this to the office many times, taken pictures reported dogs barking into the wee hours of the night. what to do I live above this mess....
Placed an order on 9/07/2016. Was hesitant to do this because I had late delivery problems for the last two months. Now I am regretting it.
Called and emailed numerous times with no response. However, on November 07, Helene, the owner, must have unwittingly answered the phone because I was actually talking to her! Gave me some sob story about the 2 batches of product that I ordered not being produced with the right consistency and that 2 new batches were just finished. She promised to send
them out that day by priority mail. Didn't happen.
On November 28, a young woman made the mistake of answering my call and I asked her
about my order. She acknowledged that my order was still "in process" according to her
computer records. I could hear her talking to someone in the room (probably Helene) and she said that she would personally take my package to the post office that day and ship them by priority mail. I was also to get an email verifying that it shipped.
This didn't happen either.
They were still sending out email advertisements as late as November 28.
I was a loyal customer for over 20 years and all I can say is good riddance.
They were very deceitful and dishonest, and now, if all their customers don't get their money
back, they're theives.
