Review: We had ordered marble counter tops for our master bathroom and vanity area. We were told that we could use large under mounted [redacted] sinks. We purchased such sinks. When our space was templated we were told that we needed to purchase the next smaller sinks, which we made another trip to our plumbing supply to obtain. I brought those sinks to Stone Resources so they could cut the appropriate sink holes. The owner examined the new sinks and said everything was ok. The installers arrived on July 15. While bringing the counter into our home they cracked a floor to ceiling mirror.
When installing the counter and examining our sinks (same as owner observed) we were told that the sink holes in the counter were the wrong size. A new counter had to be cut. On a separate trip the new counter was installed, but none of the back splashes were measured or cut properly. New backsplashes were cut and delivered on a third trip. These backsplashes were too thick since the faucet holes were drilled to close to the back of the counter. New thinner backsplashes were cut and delivered a fourth time. There was one backsplash that was too short. It had to be recut and reinstalled for a fourth trip.
When completed there are still some polishing of the sink border that needs to be completed.
We have called several times to see when the mirror will be replaced with no response.
We have been waiting for a call back from the owner for four days.
We have an estimate from another vendor to replace the mirror (my wife is visually impaired and depends on touch, she has cut her finger on the corner of the cracked mirror.
We have been requested to pay the balance of our invoice but I have requested a call back from the owner to discuss the aboveDesired Settlement: contact by the business, bill adjustment, complete polishing, replace damaged mirror
