With so many companies on the Internet, it is so difficult to find a vendor that has not only fantastic products, but the BEST customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my years!! I had a minor issue and they went WAY beyond my expectations and their communications? Positive, professional, friendly and wellamazing! Thank you to such a fantastic company!! Thank you Blake and Scott!! You made my year with your unbeatable response time and consistently wonderful attitudes!! I recommend this company 150%!!
Review: I have been trying to contact this company since Nov. I left several messages and no one called me back. I sent them an email on [redacted]and got no response to that either. I have an issue with a handbag of which the stitching on the sides was not caught and the lining is separating from the leather. I had also contacted them several years ago about a wallet/clutch that the zipper had broken shortly after I got it. I did talk to someone about that; they told me they did not warrant zippers; and I would have to take it somewhere to be repaired at my expense. I thru it away; I did not think that was the proper answer. I am hoping you can get some results for me. I went online and was not able to get a physical address except New York City and their distribution center is in [redacted].Desired Settlement: I am not sure as to the value of the purse and wallet--Most are way over $100; it would be interesting to see what they would offer for their lack of customer service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Wanted to let you know that [redacted] shipped a new bag; which I received today. I guess that is the best they will do.
