Review: I ordered a custom made table top and table bases. The site says it will take 1 1/2-2 weeks to make plus shipping, which should take an extra 5-7 business days. It took over 3 months to receive the table top (plus countless emails and phone calls to find out where my product is). When the table arrived there were no bases with it. The owner says they were shipped but never arrived. He says he then ordered a second set which also never arrived. I have asked for tracking info so I can track them down myself but have not received anything. I paid for these bases. The owner promised me he would reimburse me $100 for my troubles and has never sent me anything. He has now completely stopped communication with me. I have called, emailed, asked to just be reimbursed and I will order bases elsewhere but to no avail. I have every email saved to show the communication and eventual lack thereof on his part. They NEVER answer the phone and the bottom line is that I paid for a product that I have not received. My tabletop is sitting on top of a card table which is shaky and unsafe for my four small children. I had no table for Easter, the very reason I ordered right after Christmas. I am beyond frustrated. It is rude, unfair and illegal to get paid for a product and not deliver it.Desired Settlement: Refund for bases and the $100 credit that I was promised in writing
