I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.I finally figured out how they are coming up with there amounts. Not due to the response I received but by sitting down with a calculator. They were adding in the sales tax. They should itemize this on the invoice to let people know this is where the higher amount is coming from

invoice is the amount that you could pay cash at this date to buy the building outrightBoth these numbers will change on each month invoice as the payments are madeOn the invoices you are referring to where the payoff number did not change it is because there was not a payment made between the invoicesA payment was made on 11/14/and the invoice was emailed on 11/15/then the next invoice was emailed on 12/20/in between those dates no payments were madeNo payments were due because you had paid early, however the payoff balance goes down whenever payments are made.
