Review: On August *, 2013 I have ordered a granite counter top. I paid a deposit $500. The owner scheduled installation on 8/**/13.

The measurements were done on 8/**/13 and he took my new sink with him to the shop to make sure the cutout for it to be done properly.

On 8/**/13 I called the owner and requested to remove the old counter top a day ahead, so the kitchen cabinets could be repaired. The owner agreed and set the date of removal on 8/**/13 at 8 am, saying that he would do it himself. I set an appointment for 8/**/13 afternoon for the cabinets repairs to be done by another company.

On 8/**/13 nobody showed up at 8 am. I called the owner at 8:45 am and he assured me that someone is coming. The owner did not show up and 3 workers who came at 9:50 am brought a new counter top and stated that they have to remove the old counter top and install the new one on the same day.

I called the owner and he said that I have to pay him extra $500 (that he never mentioned before) if I want the installation to be done on a separate day. I refused to pay and he cancelled both jobs and refused to return my deposit and the sink ($389).Desired Settlement: Refund of my deposit ($500) and my sink.

I have filed a complaint in Small Claims Court and the business, in responce to it, filed a false complaint against me.

The business owner, so far, did not explain to me or Revdex.com his actions.
