I should not be billed if I was not attending, nor should I be billed for any of the supplies since I never received them? this dollar amount should be protated to reflect the time I was actually there? I should not pay for services that were not receivedThis is unethical business practice to have someone pay for services and supplies that were not received? furthermore, it is also unethical for the dollar amount to change, ? when I called the department of education, they also agreed upon the fact that it was very deceiving and at that time I was advised to contact legal counsel because the school repaid back even the money that was part of a grants, which would have had a prorated amount in which I would have owed to the school, not the full amount, and because of what the school is doing they are now billing as the full amount plus? what I am asking for is not unreasonable.? It is always recommended that the student carefully consider their contractual and personal commitment and the cost of attendance
All students are sent a 1098-T to the address on record at no charge.? The school is charged a fee from our 1098-T service provider for any replacement which includes mailing costs and administrative feesA small fee is charged to a student requesting replacement to cover these costsHowever, in this case, if we are provided a current address in writing we would be happy to resend a 1098-T at no charge
