Its unfortunate the mess that your management has made... Im so annoyed that if I keep this thing that I have to manage it's repairabsolutely disgusting.. #you take $for this liability (cost for labor and materials will be $to $2700) and I assume responsibility for repair and bodily injury that you have created thru poor management #I litigate! *** *** On Sep 5, 3:PM, "Jonathan Z***" wrote:Hi *** What is your suggestion to have it resolved? God Bless your day,From: ***.**@***.com [mailto:***.**@***.com] Sent: Friday, September 01, 2:PMTo: Jonathan Z*** Subject: RE: Exposed nails scrap lumber poor workmanship Jonathan! Your choices for resolution allow for little or no compensation and are unacceptable. Jonathan! Is what your trying to project in your last email is that your going to replace this door made of scrap wood with the wavy screen that doesn't fit? And your going to replace the wall panels that are riddled with these silver tip nails and has holes in it and skuffed from the boards nailed to it for delivery as well as replacing the rafters cut so poorly and riddled with nails? There is not finishing nail anywhere on this structure Jonathan if thats what your trying to tell me that's not happening! In these past few emails I have shown how Stoltfus Structures not only provided me with poor customer service diplorable workmanship and scrap wood but also have left me open to bodily injuryNone of which were any part of our contract. Now is the time to forward these emails to your company attorney I am looking for compensation without litigationI want to be perfectly clear that if we can not agree to an amicable settlement my next trip to Lancaster will be to retain an attorney which will include contacting Pennsylvania's equivalent to the department of community affairs for allowing a product that can cause bodily harm to be approved for delivery by Stolftfus structures. *** *** On Aug 25, 4:PM, "Jonathan Zook" wrote:Hi *** Yes I sincerely apologize for the work on the screen there and we are more than willing to have a crew come down and install all new screens with a 2xledge.. God Bless your day, From: ***.ca@***.com [mailto:***.ca@***.com] Sent: Friday, August 25, 9:AMTo: Jonathan Zook Subject: Exposed nails scrap lumber poor workmanship Jonathan! This photo is a game changer and the only photo me need to concentrate on right nowIt shows the scrap wood poor workmanship and the potential injury I am exposed to! I had a local licenced contractor look at this liability and he bought to my attention the exposed nailsYou see I have glaucoma and see little out of my left eye and Stalfus structures left me open to injuryRight now im outraged the contractor told me it would cost thousands to make this right and impossible to remove poor finishing without damaging the structure because of so many nailsHe questioned whether this was Amish built 2x since it was the same cowboy with the the same nail gun that over nailed the rafters as well as the ledge framing wall shething and screen framesHow Stephen could have approved this mess for delivery is alarming. Like I mentioned in the forward email I sent you that unless its your attorney in front of a judge you are the only person I will discuss this with. *** ***

Hi [redacted] I'm sorry we could not resolve it or have the building brought to your expectation, however we want to respect your decision to have us pick up the building..We don't have your credit card info stored here which if you call in with that info we can do it that way or we can bring a check along for the amount of $2932 which is what I show the deposit was and then we will also add another $500 for the trouble..We will figure on having a driver stop by next Wednesday Oct 11th in the PM to pick that up and bring in back..Let me know if that does not work for you and once again we sincerely apologize for the inconvience..God Bless Jonathan Z[redacted] (General Manager)

I am rejecting this response because: this structure is a huge liability with the exposed nails. The owner Gidian Z[redacted] tol me he justfound out about this mess. Agains shows poor manGement. I can't possibly have them do work for me. With the poor crafting unmatched scrap wood and studded with silver head nails. No finishing nails. I want this liability picked up and credit my Chase card. Schedule a time for pick up
