our supplier, we were made aware that the cable was discontinued from the manufacturer. An attempt to contact the phone number we had on file [redacted] was unsuccessful and when trying to call back again on 07/15/2017 the call still did not go through. On 07/05/2017, we went ahead and credited the purchase back to the Visa credit card ending in [redacted] for an amount of $68.99. Then on 07/15/2017, we verified again that the credit was issued back to the account ending in [redacted] on 07/05/2017. (transaction ID # [redacted]) Sometimes credits can take up to several weeks to appear back on the card from the original purchase, but if you still don't see a credit, please contact your credit card company to see if they can look into the problem.
