Review: I am waiting for 2 rebates totally 16.00. (8.00 each)from mid November 2014.I have had this problem previously with this company and It was eventually resolved by their area rep.([redacted])Months later, I contacted him regarding a different rebate issue; there was a rebate program but their retailers don't have the forms? I requested that he send several which has now added more wait time to the process.2 weeks later I asked him where the forms were because I did not receive them. I then realized that something is wrong.I contacted the [redacted] for STOLI "[redacted]" IN [redacted] and they said "the rep is relatively green; we don't know him".I wrote to the [redacted] of STOLI in early November 2014 then bought 2 more bottles totally 4 on the program.(rebates and receipts sent to Rebate company November ** 2015.I never heard from him; after almost 4 months I called and obtained the email for [redacted]; I was told his assistant would respond.She did NOT respond to my 3 emails on February **, ** and [redacted].Desired Settlement: 16.00 rebate amount sent as per agreement.
