Thank you for contacting us regarding the application for Ms [redacted] We respectfully disagree with Ms [redacted] 's account of the situation.The client asked to see if she would qualify for financing on an automobileAs we are not a lender we informed her we would need a credit application to submit to the banks to see if we could qualify herfor a loan.Unfortunately the application was not approved.Several weeks later she approached us to tell us the same as in your complaintIt would be next to impossible for her to believe she did not know we were submitting her application to our lender partnersShe executed the credit application, Attached - portions redacted for privacyFurther, our finance manager sat with her to complete "red Flags" questions, attached.We also submit to you that this same customer called us later the same day to see if she was approvedSee attached record from our CRM.We checked with at least one lender partner and unfortunately are unable to "recall" an application per her request.Please let me know if you have any other questions.Sincerely, Thomas G [redacted] ManagerStohlman Subaru of Herndon###-###-####
