Stoddart's Lock and Safe

I have used Stoddart's lock and safe to rekey , do lock repairs and make keys to everything at my investment properties in Surprise , Waddell and Sun City West. [redacted] has always done a great job , recently he was out of town and in 15 years I had never talked to anyone but [redacted]. The gentleman who answered the phone seemed nice but before Stoddart's I hadn't had a lot of positive experiences with locksmiths. I asked to speak with [redacted] , he said that he could get him a message or text [redacted] which he did. [redacted] called immediately and explained that he was on vacation for the first time in a long while and patiently handled all of my concerns. He even said he would wait till he got back from vacation and bill me if needed because I was a regular. It's nice dealing with a family owned business , It's even nicer to know that they go out of their way to make sure every customer is taken care of and everything is covered. I have dealt with locksmiths before and these guys are exceptional.

Scott with Stoddart’s lock and safe was excellent. He quoted us a price to rekey our condo in surprise and add a garage keypad. The price when he was finished was less than originally quoted. We will be calling Scott for any of our lock needs.
