I , now, resolved the mail issues and receive his mail at my residence.I contacted the storage facility numerous times to resolve the outsanding bill.They yell, hang up on me, and owner will not return my phone call. The say "it's out of our hands and trailer is going to auction"Desired Settlement: I'd like to pay the storage fees less the $55/day penalty
