? I am rejecting this response because: This is in response to Mr [redacted] response1) On the last day of testing, May 25, 2017, Mr [redacted] said he would contact me in about a week to go over the results (not when I returned from vacation)Yes, I was leaving on vacation at the end of JuneJune 26th to be exactMr [redacted] was also taking a week off somewhere around June 12thI never had a date scheduled, as I was never contacted letting me know the results were readyI sent Mr [redacted] an email inquiring the results and his response was that he would contact me the next day to schedule a date and timeHe was unable to schedule at that time due to him being out of the office for a funeral2) Again, there was no misunderstandingIf the test results were completed days after the testing, Why was I not informed when I was told I would be contactedMy husband and I are not interested in meeting Mr [redacted] to go over resultsI needed those results before the 2017-school year startedMay to August gave Mr [redacted] plenty of time to contact meMr [redacted] insists that he gave me two optionsOne schedule a time to over the results(I tried and that didn't work) or refund my $Again, I was never given the option for a refund, but as Mr [redacted] has stated, he has been agreeable to either option from the beginningI thank Mr [redacted] for offering a refund option and once I receive it, I will remove my complaint and walk away from this most unfortunate circumstance

Mrs [redacted] has issued a complaint against my reputable business history with the Revdex.comIt is my understanding that in her complaint she claims that I refused to produce a written progress report that she said that she paid in advance regarding her son, [redacted] achievement progress here at Stockdale Learning Center for his last quarter enrollment of professional Educational TherapyI submit the enclosed copy of her Invoice dated 4/28/On the top of page 3, the item in dispute states the she paid in advance for only the progress testing and a parent consultation of the resultsThere is no mention of a written report or written report feeAccording to the formal clinical Fee Structure, it is an extra $This is to pay for my time and materialsMrs [redacted] told me in the clinic as she was leaving with her son at the end of his intervention class, at the end of May that she would not be available for the parent consultation due to her family vacation to Greece for the summer but that she would arrange a time upon her returnHer scheduled parent consultation had to be cancelled due to the auto accident and death of a recent adult client's funeral that dayThis was discussed with her through a phone call During that phone call I mentioned that I would be very happy to rearrange this consultation after the week of the funeralShe never phoned me to rescheduleAfter I received the formal Revdex.com complaint statement I phoned her about her this issueShe sounded very upset with meI explained my side of the matterI offered her two alternatives for resolve: 1) reschedule the parent consultation and drop the complaint against me because I felt it was a misunderstanding on her comprehension of the invoice, or 2) I would refund her $without the parent conference and I would not release [redacted] progress resultsShe refused both offers and wanted to keep the complaint against meI mentioned that this issue would be settled by the Revdex.com professionals in Bakersfield and their main office in FresnoMrs [redacted] has always been very fair and exemplary while her son was enrolled hereThis complaint was very unexpected and hurtful to meHer son excelled in his literacy and learning while enrolled here and at schoolI do want only the best for her and [redacted] This has been the one and only Revdex.com complaint against me in my nearly years of being in private businessI do hope this unfortunate matter can concluded amicably
