I am rejecting this response because:there is no reason for this company not to refund the amount of the ticketsMy husband and I are longer togetherOnce again they were not used nor was it an actually product or a service that was actually usedIt's for future use, I've been on *** and they are quite a lot of these tickets on there for sale so I'm not the only one with this issue.

within days of the purchase dateAfter days Gift Vouchers are non-refundableOur Refund Policy is listed in the Terms and Conditions that are required to be agreed upon when making a purchase with us on our website, therefore the customer was in agreement with this Policy at the time of purchase because their purchase was made on our websiteThe Refund Policy is also listed on the Gift Voucher that was emailed to the customer after purchase and it is also listed on our website, all of these listed areas are included along with this letter.In order for StockCar Racing Experience to provide these experiences at a reasonable cost to the public we must have policies in place and be consistent with enforcing these policiesAt no time do we ever hide these policies from our purchasers. Gift Vouchers do not expire, therefore any money spent with us will always be held on account to be used at any timeIf the customer's recipient of the Gift Voucher does not want to participate in the specific experience purchased, we are always open to allowing them to use the amount paid towards any other experiences that we offerAnother resolution is for the customer to resell the experiences purchased or to re-gift them to another recipient. The driver Petey, and the experience itself was amazing. The place itself is completely unprofessional and in NO WAY ACCOMMODATING.
My gf and I were going for two ride along experiences in September. THE NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE SHUT DOWN ROUTE 78 which became a literal parking lot (because it was thought that a State Trooper's car had been shot at). What should've been a 2 hour drive turned into a 3-1/2 hr drive and we hadn't even reached the 1/2way point. We tried to do our due diligence, we called and emailed for almost an hour with no response not knowing that if we ,having missed our appointment, would simply have to turn around and go home.
With absolutely no response for an hour in which would easily become a 5-1/2-6 hr drive that should be 2 hrs we turn around. Nearly home we get a call. TELLING US TO TAKE A DIFFERENT ROUTE YET THE WEBSITE SAYS THERE IS NO GPS ADDRESS TO PLUG IN.
THEY SAY THEY WILL CHARGE US AN ADDITIONAL $35 FOR HAVING MISSED THE APPOINTMENT. OK. fine. We didn't make it ,even though it was COMPLETELY out of our control, TURNS OUT THEY RIPPED US OFF AND CHARGED US $35 PER PERSON WHICH WAS NOT SAID OVER THE PHONE. WE HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $70 to go through an experience which we had already payed for, couldn't make AND THE REASON WE COULDNT MAKE IT WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!!
GREEDY.

At no time do we ever hide these policies from our purchasers. 
Gift Vouchers do not expire, therefore any money spent with us will always be held on account to be used at any time. If the customer's recipient of the Gift Voucher does not want to participate in the specific experience purchased, we are always open to allowing them to use the amount paid towards any other experiences that we offer. Another resolution is for the customer to resell the experiences purchased or to re-gift them to another recipient.
