I went to his site and he has many plans using many different ETF's - NOT just the ETF SPY, and he has very confusing plans, - take a look! - That's the "Bait and Switch" - I have been following him for months to say this as a experienced investor. Take a look below of all the plans - LOL

I have contacted him several times via email and got very vague responses about all his plans, - If his published method of beating the market by 530%, - then why trade anything else? - He trades all kinds of ETF's, and others!
After reading many negative reviews, I give this guy a ZERO!

The only review I saw before signing up for the service warned buyers to beware of this "scoundrel" due to his refusal to refund money even when it is according to the terms of his agreement. I should have listened. I signed up for a 30 day trial on 9/18 with the full understanding that I would be charged $299 after that if I did not cancel. After reviewing STD newsletters for a few weeks, I decided to cancel on the last day of the trial which I did on or before 10/18 and received confirmation on 10/18. I was surprised, therefore, when I saw a $299 charge on my cc that same day. I sent a message with the cancellation confirmation as proof and asked to be refunded. I received insulting replies stating that I should do the math. Not only is it insulting but incredulous since 10/18 is the 30th day from 9/18. Furthermore, whoever is replying stated this: "In addition, you have been reading EVERY SINGLE email we have sent since you processed a cancelation. You were billed properly AND you have been reading our work." Without addressing the serious implication of false accusations, their own cancellation confirmation states that my username and password MAY STILL BE USED UNTIL 11/19/2015. But to address the comment above, to state that I have been reading EVERY SINGLE email is both patently false and highly inflammatory. I should add that if they are so protective of their work, then their system should obviously and immediately cease from sending any emails to cancelled subscriptions. They told me to file a claim with my cc company.
