Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I ordered my prescription on 8/25, well before you decided to close and not mail scriptsIt should have been sentI received NO phone calls or email communication on 8/or 8/stating that the pharmacy was closing and would not be able to provide my medication [redacted] did not offer to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, he told me that I had to call my doctor to have it sent somewhere else [redacted] did not offer to send an email confirmation of the removal of my credit card info, in fact he very rudely asked if I thought he should send a photo of the garbage can with my info in itAs a pharmacist I know HIPPA laws and know that he could have offered to mail the requested info to my daughter, the patientIt is unfortunate that the business has closed but I know they have other pharmacies and should have offered to complete the transaction through one of them because I ORDERED IT ON 8/25/2016, before the date they closed and stopped mailingI only found out I would not receive the medication because I called THEM to see where it wasThis situation is very poorly handled and should reflect upon their other businesses Regards, [redacted] ***
