I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not satisfied with Sharps Cars response to my complaint because I didn't ask them to run the diagnostic before hand, on top of that if sharps cats would have done there job correctly and been accurate with there diagnostic I wouldn't even be in this positionThere diagnostic of the problem and work on the car was insufficient and it's a simple fact when you pay someone to do a job, you go it right an when you mess up take responsibility for itDon't try and get out of it; I asked them multiple times were they sure it was the ECM in the first placeAnd everytime I was assured that it was due to there diagnosticBut apparently they were wrong an sent me off an now knowing there was a mistake in there behalf they aren't trying to the ethical thing and fix itThey didn't even offer to pay for the tow back to the shop for them to fix the problem
