I drove into the gas station the gas reserve lid that is on the ground was not locked. As I drove over it, it flipped and hit the under carriage of my car. It was so hard, it sounded very loud. I parked and left me car where it was went in got the clerk he came out examined my car. He told me to come back the next day I came back then it was a different story. Was told to go on Citgo web to file complaint, there was no such page. I even called the police Officer *** assisted me in this matter. So there was no other way for me to get this issue rectified. Now my alignment is off due to this incident
