I am rejecting this response because:
I was told I could freeze my package and then I was told by Elizabeth I could get a refund and I had to go into the location to do it in person. Their constantly contradicting themselves and playing games. Very unorifessional...

and not handled appropriately. They robbed me of my money and played games for MONTHS! Terrible business. Also he rambled on about not being obligated to speak with clients but I was being told he was the ONLY one who could rio me and he was running away and avoiding dealing with it. Very sketchy and shady and disturbing. Based on all of their reviews this is their M.O. I was told 2 things and. Either of which they held up to. I do t appreciate the way it was handled at all.
