On June 17th, I went to this store and paid my granddaughter's bill with a debit card. While I was there a young man helped me and another girl there interviewing someone. They had a problem with the register and could not give me a paper receipt so they took a picture of the computer and I had a paper receipt from the debit card machine. On June 21st, they turned my granddaughter's phone off. On Monday I called the corporate number and they tried to figure out what was going on. I dealt with them a good part of the morning. I did not think about the photo the store took at the time and I emailed my debit card receipt to an email address that was provided to me. When I sent it I forgot to put the phone number of my granddaughter's phone on it. The next morning, I called again and send the receipt in with the phone number. When I talked to the store the young man that did the transaction said he must have made a mistake and hit refund. I went to my bank and got a statement showing the money was taken out by them but not put back in. I explained that the money was not refunded. I went to the store and showed the statement. He called his boss again and explained the situation to her and she said corporate was closed but she would call in the morning and would call me after she spoke with them. She did not call me. I called corporate again and explained what was going on. They told me to send receipt and redacted bank statement to them to the same email which I did. I also sent the picture of the receipt the store took. Corporate finally turned my granddaughter's phone back on and gave me a credit for the four days without service. The manager of the local store did not do anything to help and never called back.
