I am rejecting this response because:I have already contacted *** *** about the refund*** *** informed me that I would need to go through the vendor because once the contractor's time was purchased *** *** was no longer involvedI have emails between myself and *** *** customer service to support this.In addition, this contractor did not tell us that they work could not be completed on timeThey did not show up for several appointments we made with them without explanation over several weeks prior to the deadlineThis resulted in loss of work/appointments by myself and my husbandWe had the work completed within five days by another contractorWith our experiences we are not interested in working with this contractor and just want a refund of our deposit. Our next step is to take this to small claims court and lodge a disputed transaction with our credit card company

I told the consumer I would accept the coupon at the price however, I would be unable to meet the consumer's deadline. The coupon itself does not have a deadline. I would be happy to do the work, but I have customer's ahead of their project and have to fulfill these contracts
first. When they called me I told them I would be unable to meet their requirement for an end date.If they want a refund they need to contact Angies List for the refund as this is where the coupon was purchased
