I want to respond to this complaint I am unable to refund any sums for the ring or earrings since customer no longer has merchandise But, we did address the teeth I refunded $of the $to customer and reset the gold teeth We do not have a return policy and that is stated on sign in store and on receipt We did this as a gesture of good customer service and they agreed to this resolution

Our teeth were remade which was 8k when we originality bought our products that had and were suppose to be 10k goldWe called complaining our products did not fit well the second timeI even gave back one product to STL CustomsSo not only was we ripped off but twice by company
