Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have never seen anyone visit our house STL Construction has phone numbers for us and also our email address but no one has informed us of anyone coming out to look at our roof We would like to be here next time someone comes out so that we can discuss the problem It has been over months since the new roof was put on and if they had any intention of fixing it, it would have been done by now Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have responded to the consumer and sent people out multiple timesWe are aware of the problem and trying to determine how to resolveWe have been working with the consumer on this since March or April

Just after the recent snow here in StLouis I started to notice a small water stain on my kitchen ceilingI was nervous that the problem would get worse so I called my daughter in law who\'s a realtorShe gave me the number for Stl construction and we set up a time for them to come outZach came by the next morning and showed me that I was missing two shingles and the paper under was soaking wetHe put new roofing paper down and replaced a few shinglesLuckily the problem was stopped before it could of gotten much worseThank you again!

our house.  STL Construction has 2 phone numbers for us and also our email address but no one has informed us of anyone coming out to look at our roof.  We would like to be here next time someone comes out so that we can discuss the problem.  It has been over 2 months since the new roof was put on and if they had any intention of fixing it, it would have been done by now.

The company represented me with my insurance company to insure that all of my damage was covered. My insurance company didn't want to grant me all the repairs that we thought I should have so STL Construction Group went to bat for me and sent pictures and a repair cost estimate to them. After a re-inspection, with Zach's help, we got everything that we thought we should. The roof installation process was perfect. Clean up was great. The total job looks great and no leaks. Would highly recommend this company.
