I had a 95% furnace installed along with a new AC unit. Service tech and installation crew were professional and friendly. I had no problems with the quality of the installation. When upgrading to a high efficiency furnace you have the option to supply combustion air from the outside. Don’t think twice, take air from the outside. My installation pulls from the inside and the other option was not discussed. I don’t have allergies with the exception to my new furnace. You may not suffer like I did so discuss the option of external air supply to the burner and eliminate the potential for the issue. High efficient furnaces use a second stage condensing heat exchanger that in the process creates carbonic acid condensate. My issue problem most likely had to do with the burn in of this heat exchanger. For the time being I open the basement window and give it more time. If your replacement unit is resized understand the changes and how the conclusion was made to resize it. Pay particular attention to CFM. You may have to rebalance air distribution through your home like I did because my blower rate was reduced. It’s no big deal other than I was not expecting it. Anyhow, learn from my experience and I would recommend Stivers.
