The product that the customer purchased was as advertisedI "refused" her return shipment as requested by the customer in the emailThis customer was abusive and threating in emails to our businessI have attached all emails which show the product she ordered, our return policy which was stated clearly on the website, and the customers instructionsI did exactly as the customer askedThe attached email trail is the ONLY contact I have had with the customerI stopped responding to the emails once they became threatening and verbally abusive
