Review: I asked to be filled up with regular octane gas. He repeated 'regular' and I said yes, regular. He filled it up with supreme which is much more expensive. Total 12.180G of supreme octane ($45.54) instead of regular octane. I complained to the attendant and all he said was "I'm sorry"!Desired Settlement: I want the $$$ difference back for the same amount of regular octane gasoline. I have the receipt.

The customer was contacted by phone message and e-mail to apologize and was told to bring in her receipt for a refund of the disputed amount. We have not heard from her.It was an honest mistake that did not warrant a formal complaint. It would have been immediately resolved if the customer asked for a manager.
