Funded this business $46,with a payback of months with agreed payments of $daily Contract signed by owner Ernest M*** Within days of us wiring the money to him, Ernest put a stop pay with his bank on payments, and has not paid anything since 1/11/ We have tried calling emailing, texting him every day And He has never responded to us Or anyone else at the company This is getting very serious now as we are a small company and risk going out of business if he does not start paying us back I have every reason to belive this company is able to make payments, but they are trying to defraud Lendr and keep the money without paying
Any assistance in resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated I do not know how the Revdex.com can endorse a company like that that steals money from good hard working people

someone from minuteman came out on 6/23- I needed a dedicated line for a new spahe said that he would put a UF line in CODUIT AT THE BASE OF THE WALL I ASKED ABOUT WHERE POSTS PERTRUDE OUT SAID A PIPE BENDER NO PROBLEM..MY FAULT NOT IN WRITING .THE BILL WAS $.which was fail for foot of conduit he came out the next day and just buried the UF WIREAND WOULD NOT LOWER THE PRICE.HE SAID I GOT THEIR BEST PRICE
I had Jimmy come over to give my A/C a "check-up" for this coming summerHe arrived after being delayed in the "rush hour" traffic this morning thru no fault of his ownThe first thing he did was apologizeHe explained what he was going to do and even offered for me to come on the roof for "show and tell"I declinedWhen he had completed the check up, which included "soaping up" the exterior condensers, he explained what he found, with pictures,(Jimmy said he like taking pictures of what he found to show) and what he recommended what I watch out forHe was very courteous, professional and friendlyHe wore his "booties" whenever he entered my home (which is very thoughtful)I did purchase an extended "service package" from him, which he offered but wasn't "pushy" about itThe package is a good deal with what it all entailsI look forward doing business with Minuteman and if all their employees are as professional and knowledgeable as Jimmy they have a good crew!

Water was over top of my shoes Company replaced water heater The walls and baseboard in the damaged rooms was removed so house could be dried Owner of Minuteman was here several times and admitted responsibilitySaid they would cover and take care of repairs Made several appointments for repairs but they never came Called at least thirty times with no results Would not speak to me On 5-3-(4months after flood) someone showed up to repair walls Did a bad jobMade another appointment for for repairs in June, but they never came or called As of today I still need baseboard replaced, tile floors fixed, holes in walls and painting, etcrepairedNow insects are coming in from holes where baseboard was before removal This company can not be trusted

We required an electrician, so we looked In the Sun Lakes Splash and located the add for Minuteman Home Services plus it offered a discount of 15% We called and they were great Electrician came that day Great guy plus he solved our problem When we asked about the 15% discount we showed him the error in the add saying the discount expires 10/31/and that there had to be an error in the add as the splash was dated February He could not honor the discount because of the date So I called the office and she said the same thing, that they would honor it if the date was correct To me that is advertising I happened to have a splash dated March and the add is exactly the same offering a 15% discount expiring 10/31/ To me you tend to call them because of the discount and once the work is done they won't honor the 15% discount because of the date Please note you need a magnifying glass to read the dateThis is advertising

I'd like to share a very positive experience that I recently had with the Minuteman Home Service Company My master bath was converted to a step in shower with the molded walls installed I had several estimates and felt very comfortable going with this company The owner, his crew and office staff have bent over backwards to do right by me in every sense of the words knowledge, experience, and honesty I will continue to do business with this company as I need their service
I called Minuteman for my plumbing issues.The plumbing tech(Ryan)gave a great first impression.He was clean,well put together and very polite.As well as knowledgeable with a talent for explaining things in a manner that I can understand.He took pictures of each issue and showed me the plumbing issues that way.Im elderly and dont move around like I once did,so this was very convenient
I have made the mistake in the past of going with the cheepest company to do my work,and that always costed me more in the future in time as wll as money to have the work redone correct.While Minuteman is not cheep,they arent unfair neither.I was happy to pay a bit more to have a professional do quality work im confident was done right.The plumber (Ryan)took his time,explained everything,and gave me options.He explained what issues were more ergent and what could wait if need be
