Stingray Pool Service and Repair

I was impressed at the initial visit as he was attentive and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing! After only 2 cleanings, he failed to show up. No call, no show. When I called, he informed me he was no longer going to be servicing my area and was going to let me know by mail. Where is the GOOD customer service these days; where your pool is cleaned as scheduled and you are given a notice of any changes in advance to allow for another service to step in without interruption?? Obviously this had been thought about prior to the day my pool was to be cleaned! Maybe that should be decided before the pool season is going as it's over 100 degrees outside now and I get to try and find another pool service! Lastly, the cleaning promised wasn't satisfactory as he was only there for 5-10 minutes which wasn't enough time to complete the tasks promised at each cleaning.
