Stimulus Irrigation

Dwight, the owner of Stimulus Irrigation, came to my house this morning and installed new irrigation heads and pipes and redesigned my sprinkler system for better lawn coverage. He did a great job!! I am really pleased! Even though it took longer to complete the job than he had originally estimated, he honored the original quote. Dwight is honest, a hard worker, and a nice person. Will recommend his services.

I called Dwight who stated he is the owner of Stimulus and he fixed a few sprinkler heads and suggested that I install a pop up drain due to erosion of the earth from the gutters. We agreed he would do the work and to my surprised what he did has caused a bigger mess with erosion (see pics). I text the company and included a picture of what was happening and was told I might have to install river rocks to reduce the erosion. I then asked why wasn't the pop-up drain put where this would not happen and was politely told, "because your budget (price you agreed to) wasn't enough to extend the drains further". I hired Dwight to do the job thinking he is the expert and if more drain was needed I should have been informed of that instead of just stopping wherever.

In a nutshell, I paid to have a job done only to have the problem moved from one area to another.

After contacting them twice not once did they pick up the phone or offer to correct the issue. Horrible customer service!
