The products I ordered, order number XXXXXXX, were presented as a free samples, but I was charged $93.11 in 14 days, on March 07, 2019, as for the recurring subscription for the product. I contacted the company, 877-752-2986, for the refund on the day of charge. They said it was not a free sample, but a 14 day trial during which I had to cancel the order, which was not clearly spelled out when I placed the order, as I thought, for free samples ( I actually paid just shipping charge. As the result of discussing the matter with them they refunded me just $32.58 on credit card the same day. Then I tried to dispute the original charge with the credit card company, but lost the dispute

Company auto renews a monthly dietary supplement and bills for it, despite there being no easy method to cancel the auto-renewal. Also, I returned the products (4) bottles on two separate occasions & still have to block the charge on my credit card.
